Independent Living for Seniors in Gainesville, FL

Independent living with options and opportunities.

Who wouldn’t love a retirement replete with options and opportunities? Here, your choices begin the moment you decide to become a resident.

For starters, where would you like to live? We have 6 options – we make it easy to view all 6 – and with our handy iFloorplan tool, you can even see how your furniture might fit.

Select your favorite location and floor plan; options range from smartly designed studio apartments with lake views to freestanding homes with garages and porches, winding along tree-lined streets.

Once you move in, you’ll find the opportunities abound all over campus – there’s something to satisfy nearly every interest. Residents like to joke: If you say you’re bored, you’re not checking your activities calendar. There might be some truth to that joke, since our calendar is chock-full every month with scheduled social events, lectures, movies, dances, club and committee meetings, and more.

One more thing worth noting is our location. While our 104-acre campus has all the amenities of a small town, sometimes it’s nice to explore off campus. Just 10 minutes away, you’ll find shopping, theaters and restaurants. And our secure, lock-and-leave campus environment means no worries when you’re gone.
