Lemon Dill Salmon with Garlic, White Wine, and Butter Sauce

Serving Size : 5oz

Cook Time : 25 mins

  • ¼ Cup Butter, Melted
  • ¼ Cup White Wine
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 bunch Fresh Dill, Stems Trimmed
  • (5) 5oz Salmon Fillet

Method: steam

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix butter, white wine, lemon juice, and garlic together in a small bowl.
  2. Pour a small amount of the butter mixture into a baking pan until the bottom is evenly coated; cover with a thin layer of dill. Place salmon, skin side down, into the baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining dill; pour the remaining butter mixture over the salmon. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12-15 minutes, and internal temperature reaches 145 F.
