Lemon Dill Salmon with Garlic, White Wine, and Butter Sauce

- ¼ Cup Butter, Melted
- ¼ Cup White Wine
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 bunch Fresh Dill, Stems Trimmed
- (5) 5oz Salmon Fillet
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix butter, white wine, lemon juice, and garlic together in a small bowl.
- Pour a small amount of the butter mixture into a baking pan until the bottom is evenly coated; cover with a thin layer of dill. Place salmon, skin side down, into the baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining dill; pour the remaining butter mixture over the salmon. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12-15 minutes, and internal temperature reaches 145 F.
