Tower Villas is the newest addition to The Village campus. Spacious
floor plans include one bedroom, deluxe one-bedroom with enclosed
sun porch and deluxe two-bedroom with a study. Tower Villa residents
enjoy living just a few steps from our 24,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, The
Tower Club.
 
Amenities
Just one monthly payment includes apartment rental plus:
- twice monthly housekeeping service
- all utilities except personal telephone and cable television
service
- scheduled transportation
- a washer and dryer in each residence
- fully equipped kitchen with dining area and pantry
- flex dollars available per month/per person to use for meals
or guest meals in our formal dining room or The Tower Club Palm
Court Café (additional meals can be purchased on an a
la carte basis)
- 24-hour gated community with on-premise security and safe,
lighted parking
- complete maintenance of grounds, buildings and common areas
- access to our Wellness Center, staffed Monday-Friday by a licensed
nurse
- a full calendar of activities
- access to 12 days per year of temporary assisted living in Rose
Court if needed
- use of common areas such as library, community room, chapel,
swimming pool, convenience store, salon and more
- all the amenities of The Tower Club
