Overlooking Gin House Lake, Lake House is our central community of 180 independent living rental apartments – the original property of The Village campus. Mail centers, laundry rooms and community living room areas ideal for playing cards and visiting with neighbors are located on each wing of Lake House.

Starting at $1,920/mo., rent includes:

  • All utilities except personal telephone
  • Standard cable TV lineup (premium channels available)
  • Housekeeping twice per month
  • Flexible dining plan – monthly allowance for use in any of The Village’s three restaurant venues. Can also be used for guest meals. Additional meals can be purchased on an รก la carte basis
  • Scheduled transportation to shopping, performances and special-interest destinations
