Magnolia Grand brings a unique element of luxurious independent
living to our community. This “southern plantation-style” building
contains 60 individual one, two and two-bedroom with study apartments.
Floor plans were designed with space saving angles and an abundance
of windows. Most of the views from Magnolia Grand overlook Ibis
Landing.

Just one monthly payment includes apartment rental plus:
- all utilities except personal telephone

- housekeeping twice per month

- dedicated within-campus transportation
- 24-hour security guard on our gated campus
- maintenance of common areas, buildings and grounds

- access to our Wellness Center, a walk-in clinic staffed by a licensed nurse
- resident activated alert system
- temporary assisted living in Rose Court (up to 12 days per year) based on availability and assessment
