Overlooking Gin House Lake, Lake House is our central community
of 180 independent living rental apartments - the original property
of The Village campus. Mail centers, laundry rooms and community
living room areas ideal for playing cards and visiting with neighbors
are located on each wing of Lake House.

Just one monthly payment includes apartment rental plus:
- all utilities except personal telephone
- standard cable TV
- housekeeping twice per month
- flexible dining plan
- scheduled transportation
- medical and dental transportation
- dedicated within-campus transportation
- 24-hour security guard on our gated campus
- maintenance of common areas, buildings and grounds
- full calendar of planned activities
- access to library, community and game rooms, chapel, swimming pools, convenience store, hair salon and more
- access to our Wellness Center, a walk-in clinic staffed by a licensed nurse
- resident activated alert system
- temporary assisted living in Rose Court (up to 12 days per year) based on availability and assessment
