Health Services

 

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant
Shift: FT 11pm-7am & PT 4pm-9pm Mon.- Fri. PRN shifts also available.

Location:Rose Court Assisted Living, Azalea Trace Memory Support Unit

Position Description: Rewarding nursing assistant position providing care for seniors. We have positions in both our standard Assisted Living Facility and our Memory Support Unit. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, co-workers and supervisors. Must enjoy working with and assisting in the care of the elderly. Valid CNA certification required. Both experienced & new graduates are welcome to apply! Competitive salary & great place to work! New Weekend Shift Differential!

 

Position: Receptionist

Shift: PT, EOW, 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Location: Rose Court, Assisted Living Facility

Position Description: Responsible for professionally representing The Village in all forms of communication from the nurse’s station at Rose Court. This individual serves as a support person for the staff and management of the Health Services Department. Computer proficiency, multi-line phone experience, and ability to provide quality customer service in all interactions with residents, guests and staff required. Dining Services

 

Position: Dining Room Server & Line Server/Cashier
Shift: PT, evenings, 4:00pm – 8:00pm, weekdays/weekends
Location: Lake House Dining Room/Tower Club
Position Description:
An interesting & busy position for an energetic person who will be responsible for taking meal orders and serving residents in the dining room. Meals are to be served in a friendly and timely manner. The candidate must be able to walk, carry trays, and stand for most of the workday. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks and possess excellent customer service skills and interact effectively with residents, family members, visitors, co-workers, & supervisors in a fast-paced environment. Guaranteed hourly wage & a great place to work!

 

Position: Utility
Shift: FT, (PT evenings, 4:30pm – 8:30pm, weekdays/weekends)
Location: Lake House

Position Description: A great position for individuals who enjoy a fast paced work environment and want to be on their feet. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and order of the stock rooms and walk-ins, washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc., and supporting the Food Service department in a variety of other ways. The ability to work well within a team-oriented environment, provide excellent customer service, and multi-task skills required, and experience is preferred. Position: Banquet Cook

Shift: FT, varies

Location: Lake House Dining

Position Description: As Banquet Cook, you will become a valuable part of the Culinary team to ensure that all food products are prepared maintaining our quality standards. This position requires knowledge of all basic cooking methods including stocks, sauces, consommé, cold sauces as well as preparation of meats, vegetables, and fruits.

 

 

Activities

 

Position: Activities Coordinator

Shift: PT, Mon-Thurs.

Position Description: The Activities Coordinator will work as a member of the Activities department to plan, coordinate, and implement activities for residents of The Village. This individual must be creative and energetic and enjoy working with elderly individuals in our memory support unit. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. We offer competitive salary and a great working environment!

 

 

Facilities

 

Position: Security Guard

Shift: FT, Weekdays 3-11pm

Position Description: The security of our residents, staff, and their visitors is extremely important to The Village, and the Security Guard at our main entrance plays an integral role in maintaining a safe atmosphere throughout our campus. In large part, this is achieved by ensuring that only authorized individuals-whether it be residents, their families, staff, their guests, or outside contractors or vendors-enter onto our beautiful, 104 acre campus. Therefore, this position requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, make independent and sound judgment while following proper policies and procedures, and perform all duties with a professional demeanor and appearance. In addition, a High School diploma (or equivalent), and security, law enforcement, or military experience are required as well as a Class "D" Security License. Supervisory experience is preferred.
