Care for people with memory impairment is available at Azalea
Trace, a unique residence with 20 private rooms. Within the building
are two “neighborhoods” designed for a maximum of 10
people each. This allows for more individual attention, increases
security and enhances social interaction. With our limited number
of residents, we are able to focus on each person’s strengths,
talents and preferences while providing support and encouragement
to family members.
Assistance is given in a warm and caring manner under the
direction of a registered nurse with a staff dedicated to the
well-being and comfort of each resident. We understand the special
and often changing needs of our residents and believe in striving
for the best possible quality of life for each individual.
Amenities
To help family members plan for the future, the following services
are included in one monthly fee:
- private residences with half-bath
- 24-hour healthcare staff
- housekeeping and linen services
- scheduled transportation and a comprehensive daily activities
program
- three meals served restaurant-style each day
- call buttons in all rooms and handrails in the hallways and
bathrooms
- assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
- ongoing monitoring of health needs and medication management
under the direction of a registered nurse
- all the amenities of The Tower Club
Fees
Private Room $4470/mo.
All reservations require a one-time processing
fee of $1000 (non-refundable).
